Description -Provides technical guidance and consultation on speech-enabled IVR application solutions and network architecture.
- Support requirements development and modification for telecommunications-related activities.
- Serve as technical expert in communicating the needs of telecommunications users to developers.
- Assist in increasing management's understanding of telecommunications systems.
- Write materials to support end-user use of telecommunications systems.
- Develop reports or other materials to help managers understand / document telecommunications systems
- Assist in teaching non-technical staff basic information to increase understanding of telecommunications.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of telecommunications and be an excellent communicator capable of serving as a liaison between the customer and telecommunications vendors. He/she should possess a Bachelor's degree and five years experience in the telecommunications field.
