MIS is seeking qualified Systems Engineers at all levels of experience. Candidates must be highly energetic, team-oriented individuals with a successful track record in the technical systems definition and development, team leadership and possess strategic engineering vision. The ability to work efficiently, communicate and coordinate with customers, peers and Senior Oversight Team is a key to success in this position.
• Primary duties include:
- Providing expertise on all aspects of System Architecture development and analysis, performance modeling, system requirements analysis and allocation
- Providing technical expertise throughout the project life-cycle including design, engineering, configuration, test planning/development, test execution/analysis, performance optimization, and training
- Conducting advanced architecture design and pre-acquisition trade studies
- Developing CONOPS, requirements, SOWs, specs, test strategies and implementation plans
- Advising customers on advanced research studies and applications to stay ahead of technology developments
- Providing technical assessments and recommendations via reports and briefings, including operational readiness
- Practicing sound Systems Engineering and Management practices
- Planning for operations and maintenance as part of system lifecycle
