Description Electronic warfare (EW) engineer to provide technical support to 1st IO Command – Army Reprogramming Analysis Team – Threat Analysis (ARAT-TA), located at Eglin AFB, Florida. Individual will provide timely and effective threat analysis supporting geo-tailored mission data set (MDS) development for radio frequency (RF) target sensing system (TSS) reprogramming with emphasis on AN/APR-48A, Radar Frequency Interferometer System (RFIS) installed on the Longbow Apache helicopter (AH-64D). Individual will also monitor MDS laboratory hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to insure proper threat identification and ambiguity resolution. Provide field users with technical assistance and training materials and provide TSS MDS hardware and software training to tactical users.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or science-related field required with a minimum of 5 years experience directly associated with radar and weapon system analysis. Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience with Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) database.
